This facility management comprehensive course is divided into two levels with each level duration being five days (i.e. 25 teaching hours for each level, a total of 50 teaching hours). Level one will introduce attendees to ISO 41001 standard and its management systems then a general introduction to facility management and how to identify the organization’s vision, mission, and continuous improvement cycle.

The course will explain how to develop and manage the strategic facility plan for any type of facility with a full coverage of performance measurement and management tools like specific key performance indicators, quality management, and life cycle cost analysis. The attendees will learn how to manage total facility management contracts starting with preparing service level and delivery plans, managing subcontractors and the supply chain, all the way to managing performance and reporting systems.
